What I Can Do for You
I will be your trusted, unbiased supplement advisor and help you build an effective, science-based, fully personalized supplement plan to help you optimize your health and wellbeing. I will also be there to answer any supplement-related question you have.
All my recommendations are fully objective and science-based. I do not sell any supplements and do not receive any advertising fees or affiliate commissions from any supplement sellers. So you can rest assured that when I recommend a specific supplement or brand, it is entirely because of its effectiveness, not because I am paid to market it.
I have over 15 years of supplement research and consulting experience and hold a Master of Science in Nutritional Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health. I am constantly reviewing the latest nutrition research studies, and I have extremely high standards for each and every supplement recommendation I make.
