What I Can Do for You

I will be your trusted, unbiased supplement advisor—helping you build an effective, science-based, and fully personalized supplement plan to optimize your health and wellbeing. Whether you have just a few supplement questions or need long-term guidance, I’m here to support you in optimizing your health and wellness.

Every supplement recommendation I make is fully objective and science-based. I do not sell any supplements, nor do I accept advertising fees or commissions from supplement companies. So you can rest assured that when I recommend a specific supplement or brand, it is solely because of its effectiveness, not because I am paid to market it.

With over 15 years of nutrition & supplements in-depth learning, as well as a Master of Science in Nutritional Epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health, I bring a deep understanding of the science behind each supplement recommendation. I continuously review the latest research on supplements and nutrition to ensure that each and every recommendation meets the highest scientific standards.

Most clients start with the Premium Plan and then add more sessions as needed.

I offer three consultation packages to suit different needs and levels of support. Every plan includes a fully personalized supplement plan, but they vary in the number of consultations, number of supplements included in the plan, and the amount of ongoing guidance and support.
